TLS 1.3 and Asymmetric Encryption

All the customer information are transmitted with TLS 1.3 and Asymmetric Encryption.

Overtime logout

If user doesn’t operate mobile banking for over 300 seconds, system will auto-logout to prevent other people from misuse.

Safety in use

  1. If customer input the incorrect username for over five times per day, system will pause uses-permission and then re-activate the permission on the next day. (The accumulated frequency of incorrect username only be recount when you login successfully or reset username.)
  2. If customer input the incorrect password for accumulated over five times, system will pause your use-permission. Customer shall visit our branches and apply passwords again. (Your use-permission would be auto paused while changing passwords and inputting incorrect passwords for accumulate over five times.)

Instant notification service

While customer input the password incorrectly ,system will instantly inform customer the situation by email to prevent your privacy information from stolen.

Union Commercial Bank will not contact you to ask for your username, password, via telephone or e-mail.

Protect your passwords properly

  1. Please do not use your birthday, plate number, mobile phone number, account number, regular numbers, continuous or same numeric and alphabet as password.
  2. Make sure that there is no one peeping when you enter the passwords.
  3. Change your passwords irregularly.
  4. Please keep the password in a place that is not easy to find.

Log out when you have finished using Union Commercial Bank Mobile Banking every time.

Use secure internet connection

Never use unprotected devices at public places or use internet connection or Wi-Fi in an internet cafe, a library, a restaurant or an airport, etc. to avoid your username and password from being stolen by video or the monitoring of your keyboard strokes.

本應用程式使用伺服器數位憑證啟動TLS 1.3安全傳輸機制及金鑰交換的安全加密機制,您於使用行動網銀時之一切資料傳輸皆經加密處理。

逾時自動登出

為避免您的交易被旁人偷窺或介入,若您超過5分鐘未進行任何操作,則系統將自動簽退。同一時間若執行第二次登入,系統將自動阻擋。

使用安全

  1. 使用者名稱輸入錯誤累積5次,系統將自動暫停登入,隔日再開放。(累積錯誤次數將於您下次成功登入或重新申請時清除)
  2. 使用者密碼輸入錯誤累積5次,系統將自動暫停使用權限,需重新申請恢復方可使用。(變更密碼時輸入錯誤累積5次將自動暫停使用權限)

即時通知服務

為避免您的登入資料被他人竊用,當您的「使用者密碼」輸入錯誤時,系統會立即以E-mail方式通知您輸入錯誤的狀況,為您帳戶安全及時把關。

請妥善保管您的密碼

  1. 設定之密碼不應與個人顯性資訊﹙如生日、車號、電話號碼、帳號及相關資料號碼﹚相同或使用連續升冪或降冪文、數字、或相同的號碼作為密碼,以免容易為他人所猜中利用。
  2. 輸入密碼時注意不要被周遭他人窺視。
  3. 請您不定期變更您的各種密碼。
  4. 請勿將任何密碼書寫於明顯且易讓他人取得之處。

交易完畢請登出行動網銀

使用安全的網路連線

請不要於公共環境使用行動網銀服務,或以未知的無線上網、WIFI於網咖、圖書館、飯店或機場等場所使用行動網銀服務,以避免您的使用者帳號及密碼被錄影或鍵盤程式所竊取
