If user doesn’t operate mobile banking for over 5 minutes, system will auto-logout to prevent other people from misuse.
- Safety in use
If customer input the incorrect User Code, User Name for over five times per day, system will pause uses-permission and then re-activate the permission on the next day. (The accumulated frequency of incorrect only be recount when you login successfully or reset).
If customer input the incorrect password for accumulated over five times, system will pause your use-permission. Customer shall visit our branches and apply passwords again. (Your use-permission would be auto paused while changing passwords and inputting incorrect passwords for accumulate over five times.)

While customer input the password incorrectly, system will instantly inform customer the situation by email to prevent your privacy information from stolen.
